For those arriving by air, we recommend flying into either Logan Airport in Boston or TF Green Airport in Providence, Rhode Island. Providence is a slightly shorter drive, but Logan has far more flight and airline options. Both have bus service to Hyannis (near our venue), but as you can see below, it's best to have your own car, especially if you want to explore Cape Cod after the wedding events.

GETTING AROUND ON CAPE COD

Taxi, Uber, and Lyft service is highly variable on the Cape and the Welcome Cocktails will be held on a private island, where ride services cannot enter without a named guest in the car, so we recommend that you have your own vehicle. There will be valet parking at the Welcome Cocktails and a free parking lot directly across the street from the Wedding Celebration.

WHERE TO STAY

July is high season on Cape Cod and hotels rarely offer significant discounts at this time of year, so many people prefer to stay at an AirBnB or VRBO. If you decide to do this, we recommend the following villages which are close to our venues, listed in order of proximity: Osterville, Centerville, Hyannis Port, West Hyannisport, Marstons Mills, and Cotuit.

That having been said, we were able to secure a small block of rooms at The Emerald Resort: Irish Village/Hyport Conference Center (35 Scudder Ave, Hyannis) (https://theemeraldresort.com/cape-cod-irish-village) (508.771.0100) for $179 on Thursday night and $209 on Friday night per night for the nights of July 24 and 25 (rate is for single or double occupancy and 14.45% taxes and fees are added to the total for the stay). This hotel is reasonably close to our venues (20 minute drive to Welcome Cocktails and 10 minutes to the Marriage Celebration). The block rooms are held only as long as the hotel does not fill its other rooms, so we recommend that you act early if you wish to stay here . Some rooms may be available for Saturday night at the Friday night rate, so be sure to ask. While we wish we could invite everyone, due to limited space at the venues, we can't accommodate plus ones that are not listed on your invitation.

AM I ALLOWED TO BRING MY CHILDREN?

Your children are awesome and we love them! However, much as they may think an adult cocktail party and wedding celebration might be fun, we will not be inviting anyone under 18.
